Technicians have advised they have made substantial progress now with restoration of the core reseller services (domains/ssl/sms). They advise they expect services will start to come back online from tomorrow, including the ability to manage domain names, whois service, etc.
We will be communicating with all resellers directly via email to confirm new passwords for all accounts, as we are changing these as a matter of process to ensure that your accounts are secure.
