SSH services resumed for co-lo

SMS – some client services restored (about ½ of all clients, other ½ still down). That's moved up the priority list now.
WHOIS – we've had some major breaks on that this morning. It's close to being up here, if that fails we've got 2 staff in Sydney working solely on replicating and getting a service running out of Syd today.
If all goes well here, WHOIS may be resumed within the next hour.
