Please note that we have been responding to initial feedback and have been making changes to default templates as we go. Partners are able to disable the system from emailing their end account holders via the reseller settings section. NEW DOMAIN ORDERS & INBOUND TRANSFERS
If you wish to order new domains are transfer domains, you can do so through the Partner Console. Please use the search box appropriate to your purchase type (registration alone or registration and hosting). If you experience any issues please contact email@example.com for further assistance.
Due to the migration taking longer than expected, the domain renewal system is still being brought back online. Links to renew domains within 89 days of expiration will be added to the platform within 48 hours. If you have an urgent renewal request that needs to be processed today, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will be able to assist you.
The helpdesk is under heavy load today due to the release of the new platform.
