Domain Management Platform
Netregistry & Distribute.IT’s technicians are working to restore access to Distribute.IT’s registry system so partners can manage their domain names. Unfortunately the system will be restricted to management and renewals only, ie no new registrations will be available and no new hosting accounts will be able to be ordered.
For urgent domain registrations, domains can be registered through Netregistry or TPP Internet.

Please be aware, all data that is up now is being run from Melbourne. For the data that is up now in Melbourne, the System Administrator team are working to physically migrate it to our Sydney data centre (Global Switch) in due course. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
VPS and Co-Location Services
SSH access has been disabled temporarily for security reasons. As soon as the domain management platform access is restored our engineers will look at solutions for customers disadvantaged by this. We apologise however security and stability is of primary importance.
