Direct customer domain management issues with the Whitelabel interface

Please be aware that Partners (Resellers) utilising the Whitelabel template system are currently unable to allow direct customer management of domains. Our System Administrators are currently investigating this issue. However until this is resolved, Partners using the whitelabel system will unfortunately have to manually process domain renewals directly through the Distribute IT system unless they also use the API (which is operational).

Although clients of whitelabel Partners cannot renew domains direct, they are still able to login via the reseller system to change delegation, view the domain password and update contact details.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot provide an ETA.
