As both Distribute IT and Click 'n Go clients are currently unable to renew their web hosting services through the DistributeIT systems, we have now ensured that no hosting services will expire before they are migrated into the Netregistry platform. This will safeguard against any clients hosting services from being suspended during this period.
Unfortunately for those clients whose hosting services have already been suspended, these will remain suspended until you contact us to have it re-instated. Please emails us immediately via support2@distributeit.com.au
As soon as we have migrated services into the Netregistry platform, clients will have access to renew services directly and billing will resume.
