I am now announcing that we have imported existing DIT pricing and will respect original pricing for the short/medium term. If your pricing has changed there will be one of two reasons:
- a bug in our script
- your pricing was below wholesale and we have reset it to a more appropriate level.
If your pricing has changed, please get in touch with the Reseller Sales Team who will deal with initial issues on a case by case basis.
Our focus for the next few days will be on the major issues facing large numbers of resellers – please keep that in mind.
In due course we will review individual accounts to ensure our pricing is sustainable – but for now the focus is on continuity.
