Enquiry response times for DistributeIt and Click 'n Go customers

In the 7 days following the acquisition of DistributeIT and Click 'n Go, Netregistry Group's support centre has received and responded to 5,700 legitimate email enquiries from distressed customers. This does not include the influx of phone calls we have received to resolve emergency issues.
