Technical Migration - Known bugs & issues

We are aware that customers are experiencing some issues with the new platform once they are logged into their account.  These are the known issues, that are currently being looked at by our team.

Domains missing from account
  • There is a small percentage of domain names that are not currently in customer accounts. These domains could not be mapped to reseller accounts accurately due to inconsistencies in the DistributeIT data that was available to us.
  • We are currently matching domain registrations with existing customer accounts by email and contact mapping. Domains that can be matched will be consolidated over the next 48 hours.
  • For domains that we cannot match systematically, we will provide details for a manual restoration service after the systematic matching is complete.
Default email templates (content) bugs
  • We updated these template emails in a very short time frame. While all care has been taken by our team, there have been a few template details that were missed. These have been resolved as they have been reported by staff and resellers.
  • Please note that resellers have the ability to modify their own reseller email templates, and are free to do this at any time.
